RAMANUJ Industries was incorporated in 1960 to manufacture components for electrical control panels, distribution boards and busbar supports. Innovation, quality and price competitiveness are the company's core values, and its products are designed around what customers actually need.
The company has in-house compounding and raw material formulations, and its products are tested at independent laboratories such as ERDA and CPRI. The catalogue describes the company's aim as delivering solutions, not just products.

Standoff Insulators
Epoxy and DMC moulded stand-off insulators in conical, cylindrical, hexagonal, octagonal and drum shapes.
Insulators for Vertical Busbars
Finger, grip and EL-type insulators, plus three-phase connectors in DMC, SMC and polyamide.
Busbar Supports
Single pole busbar supports, neutral bars and neutral links for current ratings from 16 A to 100 A.
HT Epoxy Insulators
Support insulators rated from 3.5 kV to 35 kV, in brass or MS insert variants.
HV and LV Bushings
11 kV transformer bushings with brass or copper rods, and LV bushings from 600 A to 5000 A.
Current Transformers
Ring type, PVC tape wound, epoxy cast and 11 kV metering and protection CTs.
Standoff Insulators
Moulded stand-off insulators in DMC (dough moulding compound, halogen-free) with brass, MS or aluminium inserts. Available in several thread sizes and heights, with standard packs ranging from 5 to 150 pieces depending on the model.

Insulators for Vertical Busbars
Finger, grip and EL-type insulators used to support vertical busbars in switchgear and distribution panels.
One to four way insulators
Available in one, two, three and four way configurations (5 and 6 way on request), in DMC or SMC.
Grip supports
Glass-filled thermoplastic and polyamide versions with slot configurations for flat busbars.
L-shaped insulators
L-shaped supports in DMC and SMC, with four base sizes from L 60 to L 125.
Three-phase connectors
Three-phase connectors (TP, TPN) and two to four pole connectors, with fitted or moulded bolts and covers, plus a TPN connector for single busbars.
Busbar Supports
Single pole busbar supports, neutral bars and neutral links, plus earthing strip insulators and heat shrinkable sleeves for busbars.
SP series
Five models from SP 30 to SP 100, with sizes suited to different busbar spacings.
Neutral bars and links
Neutral bars in 32 A and 63 A ratings with 5 to 37 ways. Neutral links in 16 A, 32 A, 63 A and 100 A.
Earthing strip insulators
Two models, BC 325 and BC 625/632, for strips of 25 x 3 mm up to 25 x 6 mm and 32 x 6 mm rods.
Heat shrinkable sleeves
Low-voltage sleeves with 160 to 170 micron thickness and a 25% shrinkage at 150 째C, sold in 50 m rolls.
HT Epoxy Insulators
Epoxy resin support insulators for high-tension applications, with ribbed bodies and brass or MS inserts. Some models are also available in cycloaliphatic epoxy resin for outdoor use.

Bushings
Epoxy transformer bushings for high-voltage applications, along with low-voltage copper flat bushings and cup-type and male-female bushings for LV use.
Transformer bushings with brass rod
Four models, with rod diameters from M6 to M16 and creepage distances from 210 to 295 mm.
Transformer bushings with copper rod
Four ratings from 320 A to 1250 A, with rod diameters from 12 mm to 30 mm.
Copper flat bushings
Seven ratings from 600 A to 5000 A, with copper flats up to 150 mm wide.
Cup type and male-female bushings
A brass rod cup-type bushing with M12 stud, and two male-female bushings for LV connections.
Current Transformers
The company's CT range covers low-tension and high-tension applications, built with CRGO cores, insulation layers, and resin-cast or ABS housings. Test reports from CPRI and ERDA are available.
Ring type ABS enclosed CTs
Thirteen models from 30/5 to 1500/5 ratio, at 5 VA burden and class 1 or 5.
PVC tape wound CTs
Nineteen models from 30/5 to 4000/5, with classes 0.5 and 3.
Epoxy cast CTs
Wound primary models (40/5 to 100/5) and ring type models (30/5 to 4000/5), in class 0.5 and 3.
Metering and protection CTs
Epoxy cast metering CTs (5/5 to 50/5), protection CTs (50/5 to 125/5), and combined metering and protection CTs.
